1) Mobiles: Text us the message FIREFLY to the short number 83006. This text will cost you £3 and we will credit your phone with £3 of call credit.
Landlines: Phone 0901 366 5508 from a BT landline. This call will cost you £1 and we will credit your phone with £1 of call credit.

2) Your phone now has credit. Make your call using 0207 124 6666 (if you have free minutes in your call plan) or 0800 594 6666 (if calling from a landline).

3. Make free calls abroad with mobile price plans!

If you are on a monthly payment plan with your network service provider you probably get a number of inclusive minutes bundled in with your monthly line rental. Our access numbers may be included in these bundles - check with your operator. For example, 0844 numbers are currently included in O2 price plans, so they'll be bundled with your 'free' minutes. Orange charges 10p per minute for these calls - which is still not a bad price for international calls. Vodaphone and 3 charge 15p per minute, and Virgin charge 15p per min to call 0870, 0871 or 0844 numbers. T-Mobile seem to charge 12p per minute but this is not totally clear! If your service provider charges for these calls, try using our Top Up To Talk option as this will allow you to make calls using an 0207 or 0800 number.
