Diana has worked in arts education for 15 years and before that teaching in mainstream education at primary and secondary level. From 2005 to 2016 she was Learning Director at Jupiter Artland, co-creating, managing and developing a charitable foundation. The Foundation offered creative activity to a broad range of participants nationwide and this grew from zero in 2007 to nearly 9,000 in 2016. In 2016 Jupiter Artland was the smallest organisation nominated for Art Fund Museum of the Year Award. Since 2016 she has become a Trustee for Crawick Multiverse Trust a regional regeneration project through art and science in South West Scotland, Outset a fundraising body for the arts sector and the Hopetoun House Preservation Trust, as an education specialist. Alongside this she has consulted on various short-term projects helping with fundraising and audience development.
